Oneback, first of all - thanks for all of the information you share on your posts. You certainly have a ton of knowledge to share. What I was wondering is this. I'm a big counter/power guy myself - and run primarily out of the "I". I would like to add some one back sets (using an "H" back) - and go with your philosophy of 2 concepts (IZ-OZ, and CTR-PWR). So then, keeping my standard "Pro I" for goaline and short yardage, how many and what types of formations/motions would you suggest. Or maybe a better question would be which formations/motions do you use the most? ( My fullback in the pro I will be my "H" )
The number before the formation tells the H/W where to go. H will be our FB/TE type, but the W will be our 3rd WR. That way we can mix up what type of athlete is there.
