Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
First of all I would like to say thank you for all of your hard work and for your patience and time with coaches. You have done a great deal for me by keeping me educated on numerous topics through your board and manuals.
Two days a week the OL stays afterwards to work on their off season drills. Hip Explosion, feet work, and others mentioned in your OL manual that I purchased.
We have been going at that for 8 weeks now. I wanted to know some of things you do besides these drills to get your OL prepared for the upcoming season. Are you solely working on plyometric type drills or do you incorporate some chutes, sled, etc??? If so what drills are you doing? Do you sit down with your OL and watch previous years film during the Jan, Feb, Mar months or do you wait until you get closer to spring practice or not at all?
Thank you sir for your time
