I've been reading about 4O defense, and some of the material I read touches, briefly, on the topic of "Visual Key" & "Pressure Key" for the front 4 linemen. I was wondering if you could elaborate on these topics. I like the idea, but not completely sure I understand the significance for the DL. thanks for your reply.
