I have recently gotten back into football. I was recruited in a gym by a local University. I have extensive knowledge in regards to diet/training. I'd consider myself a Powerbuildier. Most of my training comes form WSB techn. that have worked very very well. I have some knowledge in regards to speed Agility work, but not as much as I'd want. I've read countless articles, watched DVD's etc. getting myself ready to hit the feild again.
Here's the question, I have all this information I've learned from, but not exactly how to put it all together. I workout in a 3 day split, and do my speed/agility work on my off days.(weekends completely off). How would you guy's go about setting up a sound program for a returning DB?
