We run a 3-4 so I hope this helps some. In my video that Jerry's selling on this site I go over what we call the Stimulus Response. That is a answer for every block that a defensive lineman (end). Our guys are stand up so we might do things a little bit differernt. We do every day drills One versus One. They go over reach, down and base blocks. We then pattern read drills with them. We then do ends versus tackles and play for who is bring the bags up after practice. The tackles get to be TE guards and fb trying to trap them or kick them out. They loves this stuff. If you want more details I would love to tell you about it.
