Using zone blocking scheme with wing-T

Coach: I think the real question is whether you can teach high-school offensive linemen to pull, trap AND zone block.

I have done so, and with great success, but it was a coaching-intensive process. You have to be willing to commit the time and effort to the project.

I think George DeLeone's coaching videos are the best way to attack this project, since he covers the drills and teaching points needed to teach these concepts very well and in plain English:

Again, though, it is taking on a lot of work. The only reason I tried in the first place is that I wanted to be able to run Inside Zone AND Quick Trap with a single back, as well as Fly and Rocket sweeps with motioning receivers.
