Do you mix up the check releases, solids etc and why to you choose the protection schemes that you have chosen?

Stick I have choosen the BOB schemes because it never leaves guys on air. If you teach the pocket style protection then this is the easiest way to go, must think through the how scheme and worst possible scenerios and does your scheme hold up. i have found the BOB principle holding up against most if not all fronts that can be thrown at an offense.
