We've been running the speed option w/o a TE and reading the 5 technique. You coaches with experience, if you run speed option to a TE, what would be his blocking assignment? Below are our Speed Option blocking rules:
PST: Playside LBer. Key block!
PSG, C, BSG & BST: zone block through your playside gap.
Our blocking rules are similar to Utah/Florida from tackle to tackle.
