Does anyone have any ideas for a good pre-game warmup to take the o-line through? We have our agilities to get warmed up, but the ones I usually go through only take about 5mins, and we have about 12 mins as a group. I don't want them standing around doing nothing.
Last game we went with the d-line to get warmed up, and he took them through an intense workout when it was about 104 F on the field. All the players said to me the next practice that it almost took their focus off the game.

Walk thru's of plays that will be used that night with attention to minute pregame adjustments needed, as spotted by the line coach, was the ticket for us. As we play in extreme heat, we cut this segment to 8 minutes in our desire not to wear them out pregame.
