We just run lead draw. If one back the tackles pass set and run the ends up field. Center and guard with low technique pass set and work to backside backer. Guard with the three pass sets and takes him. back leads on other backer. QB shows pass and follows lead back.

We kept it simple from the empty by just letting the QB who is at 7-8 yds deep in our empty give the defense time to divide and then run it right up the gut! We always incorporated motion and shifts to get the defense moving. We had another QB draw where the QB would read the DE on the backside and then make his break right off the BST's butt who was just basing the DT while the X in a cut down split was cracking the Will LB. On the former, depending upon the defense of course, we just got hip to hip and drive blocked whenever possible. The QB would hesitate, let the defense divide and make his break in either A or B gaps. Nothing fancy, just effective if you have a QB who can read and run!
