This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
I coach youth football...8-10 year olds, and as anyone who has coached that level knows, you spend a lot of time teaching the basics. Each year there is a huge fluctuation in the type of players you get. One year you may have a team that can run power football. One year you may have a team that is smaller, but very fast. Of course there are also the years in which you have practically nothing at all.
I am seeking help on how to make the most of what you get from year to year in youth football. How can you build an offensive system around the players you have. How do you run your offense around teams built with power, or teams built with speed, or teams that you look at and know you don't have anything at all. Obviously more powerful teams will run between the tackles, faster teams are built around misdirection and getting outside. How do you develop your offensive system around these types of teams?
