Gun counter play

Our base offensive set is gun one back with 4 wides. We run our gun counter play by pulling our backside tackle and wrapping him to the second level. We typically pass set our playside tackle and run the DE outside. We have never pulled both the OG and OT but are looking at the possiblilty of doing so. I am looking for any advantages and disadvantages of pulling one compared to both. Any other ideas on this play would be appreciated.
