We are traditionally a BOB blocking team, but are thinking of installing one Inside zone play this year.

Oneback, thanks for the idea, hadn't thought of calling them.

Coach Campbell, we will be blocking with 5 lineman against odd and even fronts, 5 to 6 players in the box. I have read Onebacks posts on IZ/OZ which have been helpful, however the rules include a TE, which we have excluded from our base formation the past 2 years.

Which defensive fronts would you suggest running IZ at? And, are there any that you would try to avoid running IZ at?
