I'm really interested in basing a lot of the offense around the jet. Does anyone have any videos/books or know of any colleges that run this much?

Look into using the Rocket out of the gun rather than the jet. The jet is not a jet it is a sweep, because it is slower than the a jet under center. The snap traveling in the air now requires that the ball is snapped at the c gap as oppose to the B gap. This now gives the defense more time to defend the play. The rocket out of the gun still goes out wide, if not wider. In addition, you will get all of the spinner actions of the old single wing offense. We are currently working on this in our spring ball as we speak. Here is what you get with the rocket:

1. Rocket
2. FB ICE
3. QB ICE
4. QB COunter
5. FB counter
6. WB counter
7. Sally

TM, we bring a Slot in motion or a wing in front of the QB in the Gun, it also sets up a nice play fake for a QB Counter, Bootleg, or even Speed away from the motion if an outside invert goes with the Slot in motion.

Ice is ISO. We do not want the ball in front we do not want the defense to see it at all. We like it when the QB turns his back to the defense it hides it a lot better. This is why we like the rocket from the gun as oppose to the jet. In addition, the jet is not a jet in the gun it is a sweep.

Why? 1) Sprint out passing game with Jet 2) Screens with jet 3) Jet can be combined with the triple by using counter triple.
