Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
coaches,
If you run a 50 and angle to the TE vs a pro or the the twins side vs twins and also roll your coverage to that side, what are the rules for pass coverage in cover three away.
More simply put, if you angle your front and roll your coverage to the strength, how do you cover the single receiver away from the strength?
Does the backside angling end have to peel if a back crosses his face?
Do you requre the ILB away from the angle to pick up a back who releases thru the line?
Do you man the corner on?
THANKS!!
If you can "stop the run", the offense becomes predictable.
We play Quarters behind the Front, and we only rotate to sprint/toss/opton action.....We do have the slanting Olb take the back that crosses his face if the action is going away....If they are Sprinting out to him, he will rush the QB......Our ILB will take Back Out.........:evil;
