Does anyone run midline triple option (or do you prefer midline double option where pitching is not an option). Against which fronts do you like to run midline triple? Against which fronts do you like to run midline double option?

I run the midline and always keep it as triple option vs 6 man boxes, when we run vs a 4-3 scheme it turns into double option only because the Tailback becomes an additional blocker to compensate for the extra linebacker. Coach Campbell
Last year, we ran midline vs. a 4-4. We read the OLB for pitch, because this kept things consistent with the inside veer we ran and limited the confusion for the QB. If the FB was taken away, the QB went up into the hole just like a double option midline, but instead of following a blocker, he read the OLB.
