Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
I am looking for an offensive line grading system in either pdf, word or excel format. Please mail me directly with it if possible. Thanks very much in advance.
IS HE USING THE PROPER TECHNIQUES THAT HE IS BEING TAUGHT TO SUCCESSFULLY CARRY OUT HIS ASSIGNMENTS, OR IS HE JUST "WINGING" IT? This is always important to me when grading any position.

having used the law of large numbers for predicting grades the bench mark should be a 85% grade, this should result in a win for a team grade and used as a position grade as well. The + / - works well for this. Coach CAmpbell
We do the standard 2, 1, 0. 2 means he did EVERYTHING right. We will even get a 3 if the technique and effort is outstanding. A 1 means they did things OK, but really had no effect on the play. A 0 means they screwed up or gave undesirable effort. We add all their points up, divide by the number of plays. For the OL, their score should be 1.5 or higher for very good. Anything under a 1.0, and we open the job up the following week. One thing we do that has REALLY helped us, is we film Team period the first two weeks of practice and grade it everyday. It is only usually 20 plays, and it takes some work from the coaches, but we really perfect our execution that way.
