i agree with the two posts above.


During the first few days, I teach some basic techniques of blocking and footwork. Then I go and introduce the majority of our plays so that they KNOW OUR OFFENSE vs the odd and even fronts - for the next few days (tons of meeting time, too).

THEN - I come back and really focus on fundamental techniques in indy and group settings. In addition, countless inside drill sessions vs multiple fronts and blitz's is ESSENTIAL.

THE GUYS MUST HAVE GAME LIKE SCENARIOS PRESENTED BEFORE THEM BEFORE THEY GET INTO THE GAME - or else they will not be able to communicate and adjust.
