Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
I am a young coach that has middle school and lower level high school experience. In college I was a manager for the Texas A&M Football Team and Track Team. The A&M program always had two young graduate level coaches that would spend one year as an offensive assistant and the second year as a defensive assistant. My knowledge base for applying to these positions at a D1 or D2 college or university is limited. I do know how to contact the former coaches I worked under, have spoken with coaches at North Texas on their process briefly, and have cohorts who have done it "the hard way." I wanted to get your opinion on pros and cons of a position as such, the process you are aware of to interview and get the position, and helpful advice how to improve an opportunity to get a position.
Any veteran coaches please feel free to assist. (aka Tiger One, Oneback)
Great incentive! DO WHATEVER IT TAKES FROM GOOD SUGGESTIONS ABOVE to get your foot in the door! Don't give up, your on the right track and good things come to those who work hard to obtain their goal!!! BEST OF LUCK!

Bailey Texas you have two good men giving good advice. Having lived in Texas and knowing the influence A&M has and you having been apart of their program you have a great chance to make some good things happen for yourself especially in Texas.
