Coaches,
I was told by an official yesterday that spiking the ball is illegal in HS Football, and is intentional grounding? Is this correct? Did he mean to say you cannot spike the ball from the shotgun and only under center? Just wondering if there is a rule against spiking it at all or in shotgun.
