Updated list of teams who currently run the option

I would like to compile a list of all teams who currently run the option. I would also like to specify what type of option attack each teams utilizes. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Also, any corrections are certainly welcome as well.

Im sure there are many more teams who are basing their offense around the Gun Zone read option, I just can't think of all of them right now.

Also, I know there are more lower division teams running the option that I have left out.
