Coaches,
I am trying to synthesize a cohesive installation schedule for an offense. It is basically a new system from years before. I have analyzed and then tinkered with several successful systems and attempted to shoehorn them into 1. It is clear in my mind, but I am afraid it may be a bit complicated for others. I'm fairly knowledgeable of the basics for offense installation (bread & butter; mis-direction, edge; perimeter; play action; drop back; & special), but this is somewhat different, and I am not sure how to proceed.
I am interested in experienced, objective advice on how to systematically install a somewhat complicated system. I'd be happy to get into any nuts and bolts (and build a mutual trust) through email, but not in the open such as this forum. I can't just go tipping my hand to the local competition.
This is one of the best sites I have found for both advice and ideas. I spend an average of 25 hours a week on the 'net, and probably 75% of that dealing with Football issues. Mega props to JC and those that help with this site and those that contribute.
