Coaches,
Hoping to get some assistance. I want to identify in writing the specific skills we are trying to develop on the defense and identify the drills we will use to teach these skills. I am looking for input for all positions, but specifically the secondary. Thanks for the assistance
We are a 43 over as a base and will move into a 44/425 or an under front. We like to bring pressure and get teams in a second/third and long situation. For coverage we typically run a cover 2 man or man free, would like to implement more zone coverage.
