I'm trying to find out if people are just recording game film on VHS and then converting or are just using a Compact DVD camcorder to film with. Also when getting a season highlight film made how much do you normally shell out for that?
Never five QBs, RBs, TEs, WRs, on the field every play, OFFENSIVE LINEMAN RULE.
We use a hard drive camcorder and just save it all to the computer, then you don't have to worry about showing up to a game w/out a disc etc. We have software that does a pretty good job of breaking down film too.
In there a computer present when you film or do you film to a storage device (jumpdrive or disc) and then upload unto the computer. Thanks fro the insight.

The camcorder itself has a hard drive built in, it's like 30 gig, we can keep a whole season on the camera and upload it to computer whenever, you just need a dvd burner for when you want to make copies, I think I got my burner for 100$ at Walmart. The camera is a sony dcr sr42, it holds 20 hours of film.
