I am thinking about running alot of double eagle against a team that runs alot of midline. We are a base 30 stack team. Who should I tell the strong side linebacker (sam) to read in this front? The tackle or the tightend. I think the TE will be the one to come down on him.
Should I tell the sam to read the tackle and if he blocks down or veer blocks to "step up" in hole or read the Tightend?
What do you all think?
