Guys we are running into 3-3 stack more then ever lately. We are for the most part an I formation team. We double team the point of attack then move into a zone blocking scheme. Anything you can give us to help will be greatly appreciated.

It has always been my experience to run right at a 3-3 stack, but be patient. There are natural bubbles that show, attack them. As I'm sure you're familiar with, you won't break a ton of big plays unless you catch them in a blitz, but the 3-3 basically just dares you to run a 17 play drive down the field without shooting yourself in the foot.
