Not sure if this is what you are talking about, but a few years ago we ran a kickoff package exclusively from a huddle. The L2-R2 huddled at the kickers distance - the kicker called right-middle or left "ready break" and everyone broke the huddle and ran to their lanes. L1&R1 stayed outside the hash (contain). We used it because we had a poor kicker and 3 out of 4 times the kick was an ugly dribbler. But we became effective out of the huddle and ended up recovering 4 or 5 deflections.
