Installing Today’s Hybrid Pistol Offense Run & Pass from Top to Bottom
This manual provides you with the full offensive line, receiver, and quarterback mechanics for installing each offensive play presented. Coach Campbell has left no stone unturned for implementing today’s Pistol Offense into your program.
We play a midline option later in the year and I have a question. Our basic option responsiblites are if the defensive tackles pinch, they have dive, dogs (spurs) have pitchman, and linebackers have qb. Nose also has dive. However, against the midline, I am wondering how the defenisve tackles will play dive from head up on the offensive tackle, they will never get there in time.
What option responsiblites shoud I use when playing a midline option team?

The midline vs a stack will turn into a veer scheme with the fullback cutting backside of the nose if the center can't handle him. If the tackles pinch they have the dive. I would look forward to helping you with this. Coach CAmpbell
