How does the 46 defense handle a STUD wr?

1..get pressure on the QB...If he can't get the ball to him it takes away the wr's threat. The pressure also breaks up the timing of the offense.

2..play him tough press him. take away the quick throws of a hitch and quick slant. big time player they want to get him the ball.

3..as stated already double him. one underneath and one over top. drill the technique in practice of how to defend it as well.
