In the past, I have seen websites that offered to set up a website for your team. Your team and fans could order spirit pack merchandise from the site and your team would earn money based on the sales. It is similiar to cafe press but not quite the same. Anyone familiar with this or know of one like this?

We used to do this. It was a bit of a fundraiser, though not eye-popping in any sense of the word. Our biggest money maker was always advertising in our program. If you have a way to put together a multi-page program and sell ads in it--that'll make you more than anything else.
