What do you do to keep this 175 lb, quick, athletic player from being manhandled by a 225 lb TE? Thanks....

If my dawg (olb) is undersized I play him 3x3 of the TE. I will play the DE in a 5 to force the dble team. I then let the dawg attack action his way. if the TE arc releases to block the olb, then the Sam shoots the window . I try to find a bigger dawg 210 to play my joker(olb to TE ). However; this is becoming harder and harder to find. When I have a bigger kid we we play a 9 tech vs a big TE.
