Coaches,
In the past we primarly slanted our DL. I would like to do some more twisting/stunts with our DL. If any of you had some good games, I would appreciate it. My team runs the 3-3-5. Thanks.
it has been a few years since i caoched the 3-3-5 defense but when i was at my last HS we ran it and we had a stunt that we pretty successful. We called it "Plug Strong TED Twist":
the NT and Weak End shifts one man over to the strength........so now both guards and the Strong OT is covered..........LBs stayed in their usual 40-00-40 alignments.......and Dawgs also remain the same...........the Strong End slants hard inside to b-gap and NT loops around to the c-gap(we had a small fast NT)............Sam LB is uncovered with no gap to control........mike has strong A......Will has weak B........Dawgs have D
