D-Line drills that is.

PASS PRO LIVE!!!!!!! Good for both O & D. Teaches (O) them to arch the back, bridge the neck, & keep the head out of there (imperative in DBP Pro). Teaches D their moves.

Have watched the Redskins (Joe Bugel) do this in "OTA's" at Redskins Park!

We spend lots of time on hand placement, stab and grab, rolling hips into contact, getting off blocks using your hands, we will go through every one of our "moves" like break and rip etc, against shields. Work on getting separation extending arms then flowing to the ball.

Penn State's D line coach does excellent d line presentations with the glazier clinics. If you email him (you can find on Penn State's website) he has a great video for about twenty bucks.

He presents alot of shield drills, shute drills, hip drive, and pre practice drills that we use everday.

I highly recommend coach Larry Johnson's stuff. Alot of it is outside the box thinking, and you'll get alot of drills that are unique and creative.
