Tell ya what its a simple give, no give play. Once that backside DE starts crashing the RB, keep and go. If your guards pull or trap with the TB then the LB's will start scraping to follow them. Add the Slot in motion and have him smack the OSLB and the QB can run all day. Modify it a just tad more and have the QB toss a couple of jump passes to the Slot or Wide out when the corners and LB come off to stop the QB.
