So many people look at the 85 Bears and think defense, and for good reason. But they had a pretty darn good offense that year too. They crushed everyone but Miami that year.
The other team that stands out is the 91 Skins. People don't usually put them at the top of great teams of all time but they were incredible that year. They lost both games by a combined total of 5 points. Rypien had an incredible year.
We forget the Ravens in their Superbowl year that Defense was on par with the 85 Bears. Yeah the offense was average but it didnt matter. Trent Dilfer as unlikely a Superbowl QB as has ever been but.......................It didnt matter
