Player application

I am developing a defensive application that I am requiring my players to fill out. I need some closed end questions to put on their to test their defensive acumen. For example:

A team fumbles on their own 5 yard line with 30 seconds to go in the half. You should:

A. Try to scoop it up and score
B. Fall on it as fast as possible.



There really isnt a right or wrong answer here. Does anyone have any defensive type questions or ideas I can use?
