Pre-season Camp

Get the same amount of time the other coaches get by going in the late afternoon & early evenings. What MATTERS is that you get the same amount of TIME in that they do.

For EXAMPLE - go from 4:00 to 5:30 PM. Take a 30 minute break from 5:30 to 6:00.. Go From 6:00 to 7:30 PM. That way you can get two good 90 minutes sessons in (total of 3 hours practice). I know a LOT of GOOD High School programs that follow that format.

PS: 2 well organized & well run 90 minute sessions (total = 3 hours) is PLENTY during "2 a days", particularly in the South (the temperature here has been over 100 for several days now).
