From Resume to Championship

Hey coaches, just wanted to share that I bought this from the store here a month ago and used it as a key resource in preparing for my head coaching interview at a local high school. Phrase I heard summing up my interview from an inside source: "he knocked it out of the park." 2nd interview is tomorrow, so hopefully I can close the deal. Just wanted to verify how helpful the material was, the resume/interview prep stuff was good, and then having the year round format was also helpful as a way to have something concrete to answer questions about how to run a program. I took the ideas, adjusted them some to make them my own, and then was able to run with them. A helpful jumping off point for thinking about different ways of doing things, and it's never a bad thing to see how other people get things done.
