Turnback Technique -- What Is It?

We've seen a lot of material on the blocking rule for turnback protection but nothing on the actual technique -- i.e., the footwork, hand placement, etc.

We're hoping there's an OL coach out there who can explain technique to us so we can teach it properly.  Thanks.
