Coaches,
Georgia Tech and the service academies run Counter Option if the backside LB makes the play on any option play (ISV, Midline, etc), but that requires the BSG to pull and cut the PSDE. A solution is to run counter iso and fold the PS A back up into the hole and lead. Would this alternative work? You run Power to the BSLB coming over the top on your options.
PST, PSG, C- Gap back
BSG- Pull up on PSLB
BST- Anchor down on 5
PSA- Twirl motion and kick out 5 like a FB would on Power out of the I
A back- fake ISV away
