Sorry, trying to figure out how to delete all the duplicate posts...
I'm the DC and we are going against the best team in our league. They run a Diamond formation out of shoutgun and have good speed and talent in the backfield. They usually run the Diamond with two TE's.
We run a 53 or 54 defense and have improved quite a bit over the course of the season. We are an attacking defense and slant and/or blitz almost every play.
