My 7th season coaching is winding down, we're in the playoffs now so it's not over but when it is I'm really going to pursue my first head coaching job. I have a lot to learn, from budget and managing to Xs & Os, I'm not afraid to admit that. But I believe in myself and I know I'll do whatever I have to do to get better at whatever I'm doing. I've been an OC, a special teams coordinator, and a JV HC, I've coached positions on both sides of the field.
Can anyone help by providing information, insight, experience, packets or anything else valuable? Maybe examples of resumes, cover letters, and other interview materials I should know to take. I apologize for rambling on but I'm excited to start trying for a position!
