Need Helping with Resume & Cover Letter

Looking for help putting together a resume and cover letter.  I have one of each but have been applying for head coaching jobs the past few years and have not gotten any interviews.

I am thinking that I need to update my format and maybe redo them some how.  So I was wondering if anyone out there had a copy or template that they would be willing to share or trade.

Will be buying Coach Campbell's Resume to Championship as soon as I have a little extra money. (Having a new baby any day now so not sure when that will be though)
