They are NUMEROUS, but the IZ itself takes so much time to perfect - we really don't use them EXCEPT to fake a Reverse to keep the BS/DE from bending behind the heels of the O-Line trying to catch it before it crosses the LOS. If the BS/DE IGNORS the Reverse - RUN IT.

I run play action off of it. I also run what we call bend.
OL will zone block to the right, out of gun, the RB will align on the right take his normal zone steps (open, crossover) to the left, but instead of planting on the 3rd step and pressing the heals of the left Guard, he comes back to the right. QB has no read since the unblocked DE is behind him, so he rolls out to contain the DE.
The biggest thing with this play, is just like inside zone, the RB must keep his shoulders to the outside, selling outside zone; to hold the DE and to get some LB movement.
