I had a screening interview today with the principal and AD. The basic "get to know you" questions, your experience? why do you want to coach here? what will you do to include the youth program? things like that.
I asked what their target hire date was and I was told, hopefully by spring break... And it wasn't clear on how many more interviews there were going to be, but at least one more.
My question is what type of questions should I expect to see in the 2nd interview? I assume football related question, offense/defense philosophies, program building ideas. I have had another 2nd interview before, but they basically asked the same questions as the 1st interview.
