Since you have extensive experience running your own business and as an HC, I'd love your input. I've been OC and DC in the past and have actually turned down opportunities to interview for HC positions due to being in the startup phase of a business venture (Math/Science Tutoring). It's been pretty good to me, but I really want to make my mark as a head coach.
What insight can you share about achieving life balance and success as both an HC and a business owner. I'd appreciate the input of others with similar experiences. Many thanks.
