Have a question for you coach....how did you know you were ready to be a coordinator? I have coached the defensive line at the high school level for seven years and have been coaching for nine. I have coordinated at the middle school, freshman and jv levels, both offensively and defensively. I work with a good staff and have learned alot about strategy, management and x's and o's. But I have gotten to the point where I am ready for the next level of coaching and it is safe to say it isn't going to happen anytime soon at the school I am at. When do you know it is time to move on? How do you know your ready?
