Each coach on my staff has an assigned responsibities for scouting reports. Each position coach is responsible for video cut up for their position players using HUDL. Saturday mornings from 7am to 11:30 am are set aside to grade and review Friday nights game with our team. We hold three meetings. The first is special teams, second the offense meets and finally the defensive meeting. Players are lifting weights when they are not in meetings. 2 way players lift after the defensive meeting. Game film for our next opponent is exchanged every Wednesday morning using HUDL, with only the previous nights game being exchanged Saturday morning. From 1pm until 5 pm on Saturdays, coaches from both sides of the ball work on film editing and data entry into HUDLE. Sunday from 11am until 6pm we do film analysis and create the scouting report. We also meet as a staff to go over practice schedules and personnel adjustments for the upcoming week. The last meeting on Sunday is between myself and our offensive and defensive coordinators. We finalize any game plan adjustments, check the scouting report and go over personnel adjustments to the special teams.
