tackle pull read play

Does that mean you trap the 1 technique or do you have a long call and down block the 1 tech and trap the 5?

Also, out of the gun, how about this play:


1 Spread formation

2. QB finds the one tech

3. Front side tackle, pass sets and rides the 5 tech upfield

4. Guard blocks down on the 1 tech

5. the center is working with the guard to the backside inside linebacker

6. the backside guard is blocking the 3 tech

7. backside tackle pulls and leads on frontside backer

8 the back follows the tackle through the hole
