Coach Campbell- Nasty call

Coach I know about the Nasty call but what happens when the line makes the nasty call and the linebacker who is threatening blitz drops into coverage?. Your left with a lineman (gard or tackle) blocking air(he was coming down to block the backer) and a back against the EMLOS. What adjustment do you make?? do you have that linemen who was supposed to block the backer look to help out elsewhere??? help the running back?
